Hi, and welcome to my new blog. For this first post I want to share some of the pictures I took of my new house the day the tenants moved out and I finally got to see the whole, empty house for the first time. Just remember, these are the
before pictures. I will let you know when I have the "after" pictures.

So basically you have a toilet... or glorified out house ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm just kidding. Your duplex has a lot of potential and I'm excited you made a blog so we can see the changes as you go.
The floor plan is basically an "L", no? With the driveway above the "L"; the body of the "L" is livingroom, kitchen, and utility room, in mostly that order. The small bedroom is in the very back, and the large bedroom sticks off the rest of the house on the side with the yard?
Also, it really does look like you have a mini-cow coming up the floor duct in the small bedroom :)
You are right, the floor plan looks like a very fat backwards "L." Or like a box with an addition, which is what it is; it used to be a garage and has had two bedrooms and a bathroom added to it.
